Hmm.. Today is the first day of Mt Ophir training.. First of all, lets talk about school.. School's alright.. Nvm, lets talk about Mt Ophir training.. Went to Amoy Quee Campsite.. The training was quite alright, just need more endurance.. Did many push-ups and all that, and the push-ups on the road made my palm bled.. Argh.. Now my arms ache too.. Aiya i old already.. Alright, hands tired.. The training was shiok la.. heh.. bye..
